Director for Morgan County E911

Amanda Proctor currently serves as the Director for Morgan County E911. She began her public safety career with Morgan County Fire Rescue in 2007 and became E911 Director in 2015. Amanda also serves as the Deputy EMA Director for Morgan County. She is a graduate of Mercer University with a BA in Psychology. She is also a member of APCO and EMAG.
