Southwest Vice President – Jason Lawson

Jason began his Public Safety career as a dispatcher as the Hazlehurst Police Department in 1996. He currently serves as the Troup County 911 Director. He previously served as EMA/E911 Director at Turner County 911 and also Executive Director at Middle Flint Regional 911 Authority. Jason is an Emergency Medical Technician and Adjunct instructor as the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. He also serves as the GEMA Area 4 Representative on the Georgia Emergency Communications Authority’s Directors Advisory Panel.
